So ab ap ko issb ka tour karate hain sirf post ki had tak😋.Now lets start ap ne apply kiya as a commissioned officer ap ke initials clear hain or ap ne issb form submit karwaya and kuch arsa bad ap ka agaya hai issb call letter.Just relax🙂 Now ap apna bag ready karte hain 2 suit or white shorts or shirt ready karein or issb kohat pohnch gae hai.
⏺First Day...
Ab ye apka first day hai kuch fouji aein ge ap ka saman etc check karein ge or ap ko apne sath transport me le jaein ge.Wahan apko phir rooms etc dein ge documents check karein ge or chest no. allot hoga phir Bio data form 3 fill karwaein ge 1.GTO  1.Deputy and last one pshcolgist ko dein.Note=Apne sara bio data apne mind me yad rakhna hai bcz ye agay issb me help kare ga.Ab ap free hain or ayashi😂 karein bus normal rehain masjid jaein idhar udhar phir lein koi ap ko nahi dekh raha just relaxxx🙂

Now subha hogai hai uth jao sab and breakfast ke  bad sab ko johar hall me khata kiya jae ga then ye ap ka test day hoga.Screen out test hoga wohi intelligence test jis me verbal or non verbal hota hain or Mechanical Aptitude test hota hai.

Acha to apko line wise betha diya jae ga or verbal ki booklet de jae just pehle ap ne computer per kiya tha ab sheet per karna honge than ap ko jo seperate sheet de jaye gi us per do boxes honge or first box me ap ne correct option likhna hai like agar kisi ka a hai answer sheet per us mcqs ke box me a mention kar dein.Time idhar kam milta hai so bs time management hoti hai.Then Non verbal ki moti😂 se booklet dein ge or wo bhi ase hi procedure se solve karne hoti hai.Then Mechanical aptitude test ki booklet mila ge wo bhi solve karne ke bad ap se le lein ge.
Than kuch deer ke bad result announce hoga jo candidate screenout ho jaein kuch fouji un logon ko transport me  betha kar darwaza tak chor jaein ge or wo candidates phir ghar waps a kar fb groups ko join kar lein ge😜.

 ⏺Sentence completition#SCT me ap ko 26 sentences ka first english set mila ga time 6min is me apko solve karna honge ye incomplete sentences.Then again 26 ka set english ka mila ga sheet per solve karne ke bad ap se le lein ge.6 min for each set.So english ke 56 sentences hogae.Then wo apko urdu ke 26 incomplete sentences ki sheet dein ge time 6min me apko complete karne honge and then second set ke 26 sentence bhi complete karna hon ge.Then wo sheet wapis le lein ge.
⏺Word Association test#Ye aik test me itna potential hai ke apki psyche ka checkup kar de.Acha to ap ko sheets mil jaein ge or 2 rounds hon ge 1st me 25 words 3se 4s time ke difference se us ke bad 1 min rest and then 2nd round 75 words 3to 4s ke time difference se.Then test completed ap se sheets wapis le lein ge.
⏺Picture stories#Picture stories mean ke wo screen per aik picture show karein ge or ap 3min and 30sec likhna ka time mila ga har picture per.Then next test start ho jae ga.
⏺Pointer stories#Pointer stories ke liye apko wo incomplete sentence deinge us se age apko story continue karna hoti hai 2 pointer stories likhne hotein hain so 4min time or is me se 30sec ke liye show karte hain.

⏺Command task#Is me bhi baki tasks ke tarha material aik jaga se dosre jaga le kar jana hota hai but har kisi ko commander banne ka chance diya jata ise doran Gto har commander ko apne sath ground ki tarf le jata hai jahan material  hota hai or raste me frank ho kar ap se interview kar leta hain or bad me samjha deta hai.
⏺Individual obstacle#Then apko obstacles cross karne hote hain 9 obstacles 2 min me karne hote hain.
⏺Final group task#Is me bhi as usual cheezain idhar se udher le kar jane hote hain but is me urdu nahi bol sakte only english bolne hote hai.
After that baqi interviews hote hain jin ke pehle deputy ka rehta tha ab un ka deputy ke or jin ke psychologist ke rehta tha unke psychologist ke hote hain.Ab ap free hain kaise chal rahe hai issb😂😢😜Now dinner than so jao ap subha ghar nahi jana😂

GTO=Group testing Officers
Name sunna me kafi acha hai😁But kuch points GTO ke interview ke mind me rakhein.
1.Gto kafi frankness show karta hai so ap bhi frank hon but lihaz rakh kar.
2.Agar ap koi answer ghalat de gae hain to appologize kar lein.Is me koi buri baat nahi.
3.Remain normal during answering.
4.Usually candidate boht zada free bhi hojate hain or apnay karnama puri dunya ko khushi khushi bta rahe hote hain GTO ne mujh se ye Q kiya mene us ko ye kaha wo kaha so keep in mind ap issb kis liya dena gae han.
5.GTO koi offer kare to lack of confidence show nahi karna.e.g agar puche le ka ap kuch kehna chahte hain to simple no sir ya nahi kehna ap mujhe recommend kar dein.I hope ke baat samjh lag gai hogi.

Todays post about Military planning.Ye ability kafi important hai but issb me apko ye planning bhi perform karni hoti hai so is se pehle jinhon ne apne bazurgon ko zameen per naqshe etc bnate dekha ha unko to koi problem nahi honi chahye.So first GTO apko us planning ke bare me brief karega us me ye hoga ke apke pass aik ya 2 truck honge aik helicopter hoga gto ap ko map per paki roads or kachi roads ka btae ga or paki roads btae ga or ye bhi btae ga ke paki roads per truck 240km/h ke speed se chal sakta ha or kachi per 120km/h or same btaye ga ke helicopter  ki speed bhi apko btaye ga ke 240km/h se travel karta hai then main time btae ga 2 hours is se zayda ya kam ho bta sakte hain sometime unlimited time ka bhi keh dete hain.So me apko aik e.g deta hon take clarify hojae..
GTO Briefing.
Apke pass 2 truck hain hain apko 20km per 6 bande utarne hain than 40km per 12 bande utarne hain and 60km ke point per 12 bande mazeed utarne hain. apke pass aik helicopter hai jo 180km/h ke speed se fly karsakta hai or truck 240km/h ke speed se move karsakta hai or apke 1 hour apke 2no trucks me 3 hours travel karsakte hain (limited petrol).
Explanation#Now apne quickly first truck dekhna hai hai aur apke truck 1 hour 30min travel karsakte hai kyoun ke petrol hi itna hai so apne pehle time find kar lena hai ke truck 10km kotne min karega bcz apke pass total 60min hain so 2.5 min ye truck 10km travel karega or 5min me ye 20km so apne 6 bande load karne hai or 20km wale spot me utarne hain ab apko 5min wapis ane mein lag jaein ge so total 10min aur total time 60min baqi bache 50min ab apne quickly 12 bande load karne hain 10min me quickly unko unload karna hai aur 10min me wapis report karna hai.So 20min and remain time 50min tha ab baqi 30min reh gai hain  Then again ap ko 15min lage gai unload karne me aur 15min wapis aur baqi 30min bhi complete aur ap intime pohnch jaen ge.

➡Helicopter ko tab use karein jab on the way koi rail ho ya river ho ya kafi distance cover karna ho jitna apke trucks na kar sakte hon.

➡Gto ke samne acha image bnane ka ye aik acha moqa hai agar wo explain karne ka kahe ya puche to apko confident reh kar explain karna hai.

ISSB me jab ap ke written test hota hai last me aik Q hota hai Merits or Demerits.Different ways se ye Q hota Friend ki nazar me ap ke merits and enemy ki nazar like that.So First Merit likhne kaisa apne is ke liye 2 tips apne jo mind me rakhna hain wo hain..
1.Apne Sach bolna hai..ok
2.Apne jo bhi merit likhna hai us ko specific karna hai kaisa karna hai ye me apko btata hon I am giving you an examples so in ko copy na karya ga bcz apko interview me problem ho sakti kuch aqal ke ari log facebook wale hi likh kar khush ho jate hain but apne apne apko khud dekhna hai ap me kya asa merit hai ye koi mushqil nahi or har person me merits or demerits hote hain.let take an e.g of merit
1.Copperative ab apne asa hi nahi likh kar ana is ko specific karein like ka ap har waqt to copperative nahin hote so specific karein like below

Pakistan defence searches the candidates who have the maximum of the Officers like qualities in them.
There are 15 OLQ’s , Officers like quality that are needed to become the officer in the Pakistan Defence.
OLQ is divided into 4 factors which are described below.

These qualities are checked in ISSB Test in three ways. These three ways include different tests under three different categories. These include the following;
◇Psychology Test
In psychology, different tests are arranged to test the personality of a candidate. These tests include, Sentence Completion Test, Picture story writing, and pointer stories writing tests etc.
In these tests, a psychologist observes and examine the thoughts and behavior of a candidates through the personality written tests of a candidates and imagine a personality of a candidates and arrange a interview with candidate to check whether the things which he have imagine about the candidate is true or false.
♡GTO Task
GTO Tasks are taken by Group Testing Officer (Simple we called GTO), He observes the candidate practically. He observes the candidates for two days. GTO Tasks include Command Task, Half Group Task, Individual Obstacles and Indoor Tasks ( Group Discussion, Lecturer Topics and Group Planning ).
♧Interview
In ISSB, candidate have a interview with the deputy. Deputy may ask different type of questions to you. These questions may be related to your personal bio-data, family, education and different type of conditioning questions.

Important documents Required in Issb

You are required to bring along the following original documents-

• Original Matric certificate issued by board. Only result card/Mark sheet will not be accepted.
• Detailed marks sheet or Result card of matric.
• Those candidates who have not issued with Matric Certificate by their concerned board should furnish a certificate in this regard signed by the Secretary Board. Any such certificate issued by school/college will not be accepted. 
• The candidate who appear with a " Duplicate " or "Revised " Matric Certificate or if they have amendments in their names or date of birth, should provide certificate explaining the circumstances under which they were issued with "Duplicate" or "Revised" or Amended Matric Certificate, signed only by the Secretary Board. 
• The original certificate and mark sheet/result card of intermediate (F.A/F.SC,DAE/D.COM/DBA/ICS) is mandatory. 
• Appearing candidates who have completed FA/FSC Part-1 will bring original Part-1 marks sheet along with surety/hope certificate of college. 
• In case of "O","A" level, equivalence certificate and birth certificate are compulsory. 

Photocopy of any Certificate Will not Be Accepted 

• Those candidates who have applied for the courses demanding qualifications higher than intermediate are also required to bring their superior degree/ certificate as mentioned in the concerned course advertisement.

When you wear a jersey over a PT short in the winter snow and double-up to the PT ground while you pass by a thousand observant eyes on the PMA road, just waiting to strike at the right moment. When a chill passes down your spine every time you are in the PT ground and the PT J announces” Saab good warmup One-mile practice.” When you are on the mile track, already nervous, breathing heavily just waiting for the words ” Aap ready hain saab? Readyyyyy Goooooo!” When running the mile under six minutes becomes a habit. When you mentally prepare yourself for a forty minute “tough time carry on!” rifle above head dooray chal...drill period. When you are unable to swing your arms back and can’t properly march on your heels. When you are always the culprit of all the drill staffs. When changing clothes becomes a fitness exercise.
